Autodesk Training Policies - Mountain CAD

Terms and Conditions:

Mountain CAD, LLC offers several different AutoCAD-based Training Courses, including customized and/or onsite training options. Typically these courses are scheduled 30-days to 90-days in advance. There is a minimum number of students required per course according to Mountain CAD, LLC policy. There is no guarantee, either written or implied that a course, once scheduled, will occur until a Confirmation Notice is provided, usually two (2) weeks prior to the course. To reserve a seat and receive a Confirmation Notice for any course, we require the Prepayment** of full tuition be received at least two (2) weeks prior to any scheduled course.

Prepayment** of the tuition is to ensure the availability of training materials and to prevent overbooking of courses; this includes the course training guide (where applicable), course project disk, and Autodesk Certification of course completion. In the event Mountain CAD, LLC is forced to re-scheduled a course or if the student is unable to attend the scheduled course, we will reserve space for the student in the next scheduled course (see Cancellation Policy below). Without the course tuition Prepayment** Mountain CAD, LLC cannot hold or guarantee space for attendee(s) in a training course.

Standard Course Prerequisites: ALL students must have a working knowledge of Microsoft® Windows-based Operating System(s), including, but not limited to; using Microsoft Windows Explorer, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and using 'copy', 'cut' and 'paste' commands, opening, closing, and saving files, basic knowledge of file formats (extensions), and how to open and close programs/applications.

Disclaimer: Mountain CAD, LLC is not responsible for student(s) whom become a 'no-show' or are 'pulled' from the course and are unable to complete the course - a final / firm count of attendees (when/where applicable) must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to course date.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation requests received up to one (1) week prior to the course are refundable, minus a 25% registration fee service charge. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for receipt of refund check. Cancellations made after beyond one (1) week, are subject to the entire course fee, which may be applied toward a future course date. Please note that if attendee(s) do not cancel and do not attend, they will be held responsible for full Prepayment** amount.

Mountain CAD, LLC reserves the right to re-schedule any course with a two (2) week notice. Mountain CAD, LLC must pre-approve students who may not meet course prerequisites. Mountain CAD, LLC training is performed utilizing the current software version only. If you require training on a different version, please contact Mountain CAD, LLC for details on Custom Training. Mountain CAD, LLC will email or fax a Confirmation Notice upon receipt of the course registration form and full Prepayment**. Students are allowed to retain their courseware and may audit the same course at no additional charge, Once within a period not to exceed six (6) months from the date of the original course, providing space is available. Return attendees must supply their original training courseware (where applicable). New courseware for return students may be obtained for a nominal fee, but must be arranged for at least seven (7) business days prior to course date. Return students must register not less than two (2) weeks prior to scheduled course date. No guarantee is made, expressed or implied, that seating will be available for auditing (return) attendee(s).

**Prepayment methods are Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card.
