Realizing that your use of Autodesk Software is an important function of your company and what you do; we don't want you to be without the protection and peace of mind the Software Technical Support Agreement provides. Mountain CAD, LLC. offers the following software technical support options:

60-day FREE Software Technical Support with qualifying software purchase

60-days of free Technical support via telephone, fax and email, with the purchase of any qualifying software product, from date of first incident.

Annual Telephone Software Technical Support 5-Incident Pack

Our Telephone Software Technical Support 5-Incident Pack is an annual, telephone, email and fax based, 5-Incident package, that affords your company access to our Technical Support staff for qualifying products (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, Volo View, Autodesk Map, Autodesk Raster Design (formerly Autodesk CAD Overlay), Autodesk Architectural Studio, Autodesk Architectural Desktop, Autodesk Building Electrical, Autodesk Building Mechanical, Autodesk Land Desktop, Autodesk Civil Design, Autodesk Survey, Autodesk Field Survey, etc.) at the rate of $200.00 per year per 5-Incidents for new support contracts and renewable annually at $200.00 per year per 5-Incidents.

Per Incident Telephone Software Technical Support

Per Incident telephone software technical support is billed at the rate of $50.00 per incident. The first, initial Per Incident telephone software technical support call fee of $50.00 may be applied towards a 1-year Telephone Software Technical Support 5-Incident Pack if purchased within 30-days.

Hourly and/or On-Site Software Technical Support

We continue to offer Software Technical Support by way of an hourly fee option of $75.00 per hour; this support can be either by telephone or on-site. Additional charges may be required for travel, please call for details.

 

We will try to resolve initial issues within a couple of hours; some on-going issues may take more time, but every effort is made to resolve the problem in the most timely manner possible. Please take a moment to read over the Telephone Software Technical Support Agreement and if you may have a need for technical support, fill out the Telephone Software Technical Support Agreement (PDF), and return it with your remittance.
