Autodesk Software Support
Autodesk provides several ways to obtain product support, including the online support and training information found on our Technical Assistance Web site and other support options through Autodesk and your Authorized Autodesk Dealers.
Online Support
We recommend that you first try to locate support information by selecting your product from the list on the Technical Assistance home page. After selecting a product, you'll be presented with all the support and training options for that product, including:
- Autodesk Subscription Users: Web Support
- Technical solutions, FAQs, and discussion groups
- Patches, drivers, and utilities that you can download
- Quick tips, online courses, books and courseware, information on training, and documentation files
- Phone and additional support options
Discussion Groups
These discussion groups are monitored by Autodesk, so the information you receive from other group members will be supplemented by Autodesk's own support and marketing staff. The Autodesk Premier Support Program
Sometimes customers want a dedicated account manager to help solve technical problems. The Premier Support Program offers three levels of high-quality support for various-sized companies:
- Global-Direct, for multinational corporations
- Corporate-Direct, for major accounts, government agencies, and large corporations
- Expert-Direct, for managers, systems administrators, or other professionals using Autodesk products
Premier support contract purchasers receive direct access to Autodesk technical support staff, as well as quarterly conference calls and CD-ROM-based support tools. In addition, Global-Direct and Corporate-Direct contacts receive onsite visits and 24-hour, 7-day per week support for urgent issues.
